Pitch 1x08 'Unstoppable Forces and Immovable Forces' Episode Review!!
Mike then gives Ginny some advice for the game since he won't be playing. It's like he's imparting wisdom before he leaves. "I don't know what I'd do without you," she says. "You'd be fine," he replies. That look Mike has convinces me he is truly falling in love with Ginny.
That was quite the bombshell!!

Pitch 1x09 'Scratched' Promo Reaction!
If I Thought This Week Was Something For Bawson, Then I Don't Know How Any of Us Are Going To Be Able to Wait for December 1st...
Pitch has a thing for keeping us on the edge of our seats and next episode has that for sure.
Season 1, Episode 9's premise is:
Mike becomes the biggest news story in the MLB when rumors start about him waiving his no-trade clause. Meanwhile, Evelyn and Will go in on a business venture together, but Amelia is concerned that it relies too heavily on Ginny's fame
Once again what does Pitch do? Show us important information right before another 2 week hiatus! I've got to admit I haven't had a promo want to give answers already since Beanball or Wear It so this one's got something to say. In the last few seconds of the promo we saw Mike and Ginny getting close and for me this is one moment I've been waiting for a long time since Episode 1 and I'll be pretty upset if Pitch fools but so far it looks oh so real.
PREDICTIONS
- Ginny and Mike will either share a goodbye kiss, a real kiss, or the Pitch writers are pulling one on us and Ginny/Mike turn at the last second and don't really kiss but guys, look at this picture and tell me does it look like either Ginny or Mike will turn away at the last second?
I DON'T THINK SO!!!!
- Mike, I think will, literally play his last game for the team
- I think Oscar and Al will fight with Charlie to have Mike stay on the team
- Ginny and Mike will have a lot of Bawson moments throughout the episode
- Mark-Paul Gosslear said in an recent interview that in episode 9 it's super complicated and in episode 10 it's super awkward so using this for a prediction either Mike stays, Amelia and Blip find out about the kiss and it's very awkward, or the Padres and the Cubs play each other in the National League Championship Series
- What if Mike encounters Rachel again and it causes a dispute

Tomorrow's Thursday, no #Pitch, but I am Thankful that we have the most amazing group of fans out there! Tune in Dec 1 for more @PITCHonFOX pic.twitter.com/6Y1R3id0E6— Dave Blass (@BlackhawkDesign) November 23, 2016
Sometimes a quick visit to the mound for a Mike Lawson speech is a bit more involved than you would think. #Pitch pic.twitter.com/MKgj9EeiEW— Dave Blass (@BlackhawkDesign) November 21, 2016

Ginny Baker Has A New Love Interest?!?
One Article, One Photo, and I (Along With Many Other Bawson Shippers) am Enraged...
Bawson Shippers Attention!! In a recent article written by Entertainment Weekly, we've been dropped a bomb.
According to EW, Tyler Hilton, known to fans from One Tree Hill, will play Noah, a billionaire CEO of an VFX company that specializes in motion capture for video games. Described as charming and quick-witted the billionaire computer nerd will serve as a new love interest for Ms. Baker. Noah's appearance is scheduled to be in December 1st's episode 'Scratched' which is the same episode where Mike is leaving and him and Ginny have this moment..
So what could this mean for Bawson? I honestly hope this just a rumor but part of me thinks this could be true even though I think Bawson should happen. Could this mean a love triangle on the show? Only a 2 week wait to find out..

Pitch 1x08 'Unstoppable Forces and Immovable Objects' Promo Reaction!
Tensions are Rising High In The Clubhouse this Coming Week On Pitch....
The team holds a kangaroo court in the clubhouse to pass the time during a rain delay at Petco Park; Mike considers the option of being traded to a new team; a visit from Ginny's brother causes friction with Amelia.
I'm just still in awe from last episode but this week definitely has a different vibe
PREDICTIONS
- I predict that Will and Ginny will have some sibling drama
- I predict that there will be some tension between Will and Amelia after he did what he did for Ginny.
- Maybe Livan will start hitting on the other rookie on the team, Ginny and will enrage Mike causing maybe the fight between the two we saw in the promo?
- I also think that the flashbacks this week might involve Ginny and Will as kids and maybe how they grew up in an environment where one was the favorite and the other not so much.
- I predict Oscar and Mike are going to also have a fight as well
- I think Mike's going to lash out on everyone because of all the rumors of him possibly being traded.

Pitch 1x07 'San Francisco' Episode Review!
This Week On Pitch, We Saw A Very Different Side To The Padres....
Busted! Baker and Lawson busted!!
Last week on Pitch it was all about Ginny's struggle under the pressure of stardom. This week on Pitch, it was a different episode then it's usual. Pitch showed how dedicated the team is to Ginny and Mike's perspective on things. In 'San Francisco' the Padres are making headlines on and off the field. Did San Francisco live up to the amazing last few episodes? Was San Francisco the episode we've been waiting for?
WARNING: SPOILERS OF SEASON 1, EPISODE 7 'SAN FRANCISCO' AHEAD! READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!
The episode begins with Lawson being the first one in the locker room. It shows him in a sort of sad state and once I saw this I knew it would be a Mike eccentric episode and it was, which brings me to the flashbacks.
For the first time in the series a flashback wasn't about Ginny this week it was Mike's turn. This week the flashbacks start with Mike moving to yet another town with his scamming, con artist, single mother and Mike signs up for baseball. Mike shares an immediate connection with his coach and with his mother's looks I expected something because something didn't seem right and she even used Mike to get money from his coach. Seriously something gives.
Meanwhile in president day, Ginny is dealing with her exposing photos about to be leaked on the internet. Amelia suggests to Ginny to add a fake mole and add it in training photos and Ginny denies the idea. I love that Ginny didn't buy into Amelia's idea and I think it could have made things worse. Meanwhile the Padres backup catcher is injured meaning...Livan Duarte is coming. The trio is supscious and Mike is thinking this a Wally Pipp thing and I loved that scene as Ginny is oblivious to who Wally Pipp is.
Mike isn't the only one not playing, turns out Ginny's start is being skipped because they have 2 days off in the next 10 days. Got to admit I loved the bickering Mike and Ginny had over not being to able play.
Amelia lets the cat out of the bag and tells the front office about Ginny's pictures about to be leaked. The scene was executed perfectly and portrayed a message and it's true. Women are objectified in ways men aren't and Pitch's relevance to modern day is amazing and Amelia's use of mansplaining? Nicely done!
Have quite an awkward meeting as Mike's literally gets up from an ice bath and Livan basically calls Lawson old. You could feel the tension...
Ginny and Amelia are upset with the photos and her start being skipped. Ginny reveals an interesting fact about Jackie Robinson and said "I can take the leering and jeering as long as I get to play." What an amazing scene!!
Ginny tells Blip about her situation and Blip gets in big brother mode and asks Ginny why she would take those photos and Blip says Ginny has to be smarter than that because she's a woman! I didn't like that comment but it was a good thing Blip immediately regretted it when it hit open air. I love that Ginny wasn't ashamed of her photos but owned it. It was one of the scenes in the episode I particularly enjoyed.
At Livan's first MLB bat his attitude shows through and does a bat flip. I personally thought that wasn't necessary but I personally dislike Livan's attitude.
Ginny can't stand not pitching and Al takes her out for a night on the town and I am getting a Father/Daughter relationship from these two. On their night, Al shares a sweet moment with Baker and offers her to find happiness without Baseball. I thought it was a genuinely sweet moment and it showed Al cares about Ginny more than just any ball player.
In the locker room, the team isn't taking Livan's presence well. Livan lies to reporters about not understanding English to get out of answering questions and Lawson cannot be more mad.
Mike and Oscar have a talk and Oscar reveals Livan is a refugee from Cuba and Lawson still says he should be treated like any other average ball player.
At a bar, Amelia and Mike start talking and Mike gives Amelia an idea on how to deal with the photo leak.
Mike surprisingly covers for Livan being late for practice. I didn't expect that honestly from anyone, especially Mike. But Mike's not done. Livan keeps the not understanding English charade going and Mike "translates" what Livan wants to say and well it's definitely not what Duarte wanted to say. Duarte and Lawson have a stand off and the tension was high.
Amelia proposes an idea to the front office and Oscar is hesitant.
At the game, the Padres and Giants are tied up and Al refuses to bring out Ginny until the 11th inning for Ginny to be a reliever pitcher
Back to flashback land, we find out Mike is on the move again and his coach gives him words that to make the right choice no matter what his mother tells him to do.
Duarte gets the respect from Lawson and he treats him like a catcher.
Ginny finally uses the cutter she's been talking about non-stop and...
The Padres with Ginny's cutter wins the game!!!
For this week the shocker was in the flashback, The coach that inspired Mike to be a catcher was his mom's old flame, his father
The team decides to turn this scandal of Ginny's into a lighter situation by taking more of the type of photos Ginny took years ago for the ESPN Body Issue. May I just say what happend to "she's not allowed to sit with us on the bus, she's a gimmick, she's just here to sell tickets, she'll be gone after two games." What happend to all that from shunning to now taking pictures for the ESPN Body Issue together as a team!! I got to say, boys way to treat her like one of the guys by standing with her. It was a sweet thing to do for Ginny but in my opinion it showed how much the team cares for Ginny and just check out the picture. I don't know what's more of a surprise that the team exposed themselves for Ginny or that this picture is in fact NOT PHOTOSHOPPED!! It was a sweet and empowering message to an empowering photo. And Ginny and Mike trying to get peeks of each other? Oh my gosh is this a sign for the Bawson shippers?! I hope so because I absolutely enjoyed that moment.
The team makes it back to San Diego and Mike isn't happy as everyone has someone except Mike and Ginny even tells Mike that he's invited to dinner with her, Blip, and Evelyn and to call her if he changes his mind.
Livan and Oscar have a talk and he is benched!! Oscar wants Livan to develop something that Mike Lawson has therefore he is playing behind Mike Lawson for a while! Got to admit Mark Consuelos acting in this scene was amazing.
Mike makes a stop at his dad's and looks at his family but drives back to his mansion. I was so upset with how this episode ended it was heartbreaking seeing Mike all lonely and plus he was contemplating whether or not to call Ginny!!
'San Francisco' was a great episode. It had a great amount of baseball, great moments, and I absolutely loved it!! 'San Francisco' gets a 9.8/10

Mark-Paul Gosslear Hints Bawson Getting Together?
It Seems We're All Wondering When Ginny and Mike Will Get Together and It Might Come Sooner Than We Thought...
As a shipper of Bawson, whenever I watch I watch for 3 reasons 1. To See Ginny play ball 2. Enjoy the strong message of the show 3. Waiting for Lawson and Baker to admit they have feelings for each other. The whole will they won't they cliche has been overplayed so often and a show like Pitch shouldn't be buying in cliches as it's message is breaking barriers. But Ginny and Mike getting together might happen sooner then we all think.
In a recent interview with TV Insider, Mark-Paul Gossleaar (Mike Lawson) talked about Mike's past and when asked about Mike and Ginny he responded by saying this :
You guys!!! Do you realize what this could mean? "Super complicated in 9 and awkward in 10"? This could mean that Baker and Lawson could either possibly share an accidental kiss or tell each other how they feel!!! Oh I'm so ready to know what this means for Bawson...and so should you guys...
No Lie this what I hope the team's reaction (and probably also mine) will be when Ginny and Lawson get together..
